• Anthropometry (weight, height, BMI, fat percentage, hip- and waist circumference)
• Blood pressure and resting heart rate
• Blood samples (cholesterol, triglyceride, CRP, and HbA1c)
• Lung function
• Bone mineral density
• Muscle strength 
• Short Physical Performance Battery (balance, gait speed, and chair stand)
• Aerobic fitness and heart rate
